An easy and delicious one-pan recipe for unstuffed ground beef cabbage roll casserole, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is no longer pink.
  2. Add chopped cabbage and cook until tender.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, rice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Cover and simmer on low for about 30 minutes, until rice is cooked.
