  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling them about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
