  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning, simmering for a few minutes.
  5. Add pasta and turkey bacon, tossing to combine.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper before serving.
