1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup whole milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the butter and mix until crumbly.
Pour in milk and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
Divide the batter into three greased cake pans.
