1 pound flank steak
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt to taste
8 small corn tortillas
1 cup diced onions
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, oregano, and salt.
Marinate the flank steak in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated flank steak.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet.
Assemble the tacos by placing steak, onions, and cilantro on each tortilla.
Serve with lime wedges on the side.
