- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cooked chicken to the skillet, sprinkle with taco seasoning, and mix well.
