- 4 pounds pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 oranges (juiced)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 2 bay leaves
- In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
