A delicious and easy slow cooker recipe featuring tender chicken and flavorful potatoes.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine the olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the mixture over them.
  3. Add the baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
