  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the beef in the slow cooker and add beef broth, sliced onion, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
