  • 2 cups cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and carrots, sauté until tender.
  3. Stir in the flour, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the broth and milk, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Add the shrimp, lobster, peas, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Top with biscuit dough, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
