- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups diced chicken ham
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery to the pot. Sauté until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add the chicken ham, thyme, black pepper, and bay leaf.

- Add crumbled turkey bacon back into the soup, stir, and serve hot.
