  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well to create the salsa.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
