  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut tomatoes in half and place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Roast tomatoes for 30 minutes.
  4. In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
