Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Place the tilapia fillets in the pan and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Stir in the roasted red peppers and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
