  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes and layer them in a baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan, combine cream, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
