- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions for garnish
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, diced mango, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
