- 1 cup lentils
- 1 cup rice
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the lentils and rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Combine the cooked lentils and rice with the sautéed mixture.
- Remove the core from the cabbage and blanch the leaves in boiling water until soft.
- Place a spoonful of the lentil and rice mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
- Place the rolls seam-side down in a baking dish and pour vegetable broth over them.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
