  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, water, and eggs.
  3. Pour half of the batter into a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the batter in the baking dish.
  6. Pour the remaining batter on top.
  7. Drizzle lemon curd over the top.
  8. Dot the butter on top.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
