  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add onions and bell peppers, and sauté until soft.
  3. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  4. Assemble the roll ups by placing a slice of cheese on top of a piece of turkey bacon, add the sautéed vegetables, and roll tightly.
