Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Add cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  5. Stir in steamed cauliflower, then transfer to a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add cooked bacon on top before baking.
