  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and turkey bacon.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
