A delicious and simple pasta dish that combines hummus, turkey bacon, and assorted vegetables for a creamy, comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same pan, add olive oil, spinach, and tomatoes. Sauté until spinach is wilted.
  4. Add cooked pasta, hummus, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Top with chopped turkey bacon and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add more hummus.
  • Feel free to substitute vegetables based on your preference.
