- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the baby potatoes on top.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
