  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear, then combine it with the water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  4. Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a baking dish.
  5. Top the rice with the salmon mixture, spreading it evenly over the rice.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
