2 cups sushi rice
2 cups water
1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sriracha
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 sheet nori, cut into strips
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear, then combine it with the water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
In a bowl, mix the flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a baking dish.
Top the rice with the salmon mixture, spreading it evenly over the rice.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with green onions, nori strips, and sesame seeds.
Serve hot and enjoy!
