- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups uncooked lasagna noodles, broken
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and broken lasagna noodles to the pot.
- Stir in Italian seasoning and bring to a boil.

- Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until melted.
