  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
  • 2/3 cup milk (for dumplings)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, and frozen vegetables. Stir well.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix biscuit mix, garlic powder, and 2/3 cup milk to form a dough.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the simmering chicken mixture.
  5. Cover the pot and let it cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the dumplings are fluffy and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
