A delicious and comforting bread pudding recipe that combines the savory flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups stale bread, cubed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the cubed bread and gently mix until bread is fully coated.
  4. Fold in the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and a knife inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
