Ingredients

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush the sauce mixture over the top.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the salmon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is flaky.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
