2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
10 small flour tortillas
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
oil for frying
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Place a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the taquitos for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
