  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into even sticks.
  3. In one bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Dip each zucchini stick into the egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated zucchini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes
