  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup sweet corn, cooked
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, and crumbled turkey bacon.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
