  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  8. Add chicken back to the skillet, coating with the sauce.
  9. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Serve it over pasta or with steamed vegetables.
