  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, add butter and mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms are golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, bacon, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
