  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
