  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onions, carrots, and celery over medium heat until softened.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add rice and reduce heat, simmering until rice is tender.
  5. Stir in the shredded chicken and heavy cream, cooking until heated through.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
