A comforting and creamy soup that combines the flavors of lasagna with the richness of Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz lasagna noodles
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add chicken ham and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
  5. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with crispy turkey bacon.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some fresh herbs.
  • This soup can be made in advance and reheated.
