  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 12 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add onion and garlic to the pot, sauté until soft.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Add spinach and crumbled turkey bacon, stirring until spinach wilts.
