  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices of rye bread
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until caramelized.
  3. Form the ground beef into patties, season with salt and pepper, and cook in the skillet until desired doneness.
  4. Assemble the patty melt by placing cooked patties on bread, topping with turkey bacon, chicken ham, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese.
