  • 4 cups cooked fettuccine
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large bread bowls
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream, allowing it to simmer before adding the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the shredded chicken and cooked fettuccine to the sauce, stirring well to combine.
  5. Carefully hollow out the bread bowls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Fill each bowl with the Chicken Alfredo mixture.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the bread is crusty and the filling is hot.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the Alfredo sauce.
  • You can substitute grilled shrimp for chicken for a different twist.
