- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.
