- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes, placing them in a large mixing bowl.
