  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes, placing them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and sausage, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are fork-tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
