- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced onion
- 3 cups potatoes, diced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
