  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil in salted water until tender.
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
