  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  3. Slice the croissants open and spread Dijon mustard and honey on the inside.
  4. Layer the cooked turkey bacon and Swiss cheese inside each croissant.
  5. Place the croissants on a baking sheet.
  6. Beat the egg and brush it over the croissants.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
