  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
