  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, and salt until smooth.
  3. In a cast-iron skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  4. Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt.
  5. Pour the batter into the skillet and sprinkle the bacon and chives on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
