  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and half of the green onions.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, mix hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Cook until the sauce thickens, stirring continuously.
  7. Once meatballs are done, toss them in the sauce and serve warm, garnished with remaining green onions.
